Bunson: And don’t forget Bunnies!
I was going to redraw this, I don’t like the line weight I used here and I think the Things could look better. But this cold of mine makes it hard. Hope you like them anyway 🙂
Thing 2: How are your feelings?
Thing 1: Circular
Thing 1: maybe
Thing 1: I think they just like geometry
I’ve been struggling to clean up scans to make you some more animated giffs. My brain has not been awesome enough to succeed now that I don’t have a working copy of photoshop. I ended up drawing this in a free downloadable app… only it doesn’t export as a giff the way I assumed it does… so assume it’s a looping giff, cause otherwise the end message will make no sense!
And it’s quite possible the recommended links will be random heat exhaustion vlogs from my first trip to America years ago (YEARS I TELL YOU YEARS). The sound quality is terrible, and I’m sure I don’t make sense and possibly say terrible things/don’t make sense. I don’t recommend you watch them. I’m just too technology fatigued to lock them all away as private!
Thing 2: Sometimes I’m not as good as I want to be
Thing 2: does that mean I’m bad?
Thing 1: no
Thing 1: What are you doing?
Thing 2 looks around.
Thing 2: Nothing.
Thing 1 and 2 smile at each other.
Yup, this is what the inside of my head looks like.
Thing 1 has its mouth opened up in a flip top head kind of way.
Thing 2: What are you doing?
Thing 1: nam nam nam nam nam nam nam nam
Thing 1 now has a Batman sort of pointy head and there’s a Pacman looking light being shone into the air from a building.
Thing 1: I’m Pacman
The Things are pretty good at vulnerability and yesterday I wrote a letter to them. Ze’s lovely song of acceptance has earwormed me thoroughly and last night the Things and I made this:
The words are ze’s.
I’ve lost most of my graphics software, but my hope is that one day this shall be an animated giff.
I’ve been caught up working on my novel and stuff, but I’m glad the Things are back. In other news my poem Casanova Clay is live on Apex Magazine.
Thing 1 & 2 look at each other. Thing 2 has a small wobbly tendril growing from its base.
Thing 2 grows many more tendrils.
Thing 1: What are you doing?
Thing 2: I don’t know.
The tendrils grow into more elaborate shapes.
The tendrils cause Thing 2’s body to look more lattice like.
Thing 1 looks at the strange transformation. Thing 2 smiles.
Bunson Hoppydew in Boot looks at Sock who is upside down in Rollerskate.
